In 1999, Rumco was acquired by MW Industries, a leading manufacturer of fastener, electronic hardware, specialty screw machine products, springs and spring related products. MW has multiple locations in North America and is a leading supplier to automotive and industrial markets.

Rumco has been undergoing major changes resulting in expanded capabilities and opportunities to serve its customers. We have upgraded our facility, systems, and staff, while expanding our manufacturing capabilities.

The acquisition has allowed access to a State-of-the-Art metallurgy lab and materials testing facility at our corporate headquarters, enabling Rumco to enhance and expand their services and product offerings.

Rumco obtained their ISO 9001 certification, became a licensed Crest Cup® washer supplier, increased the lengths on SEMS products up to 7" and made upgrades to their equipment and facility allowing for future growth. Rumco manufactures quantities as small as 1,000 pieces, up to millions.
